The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain our Service, including monitoring active automated communications trails.
  • To perform our contract with you: The information you provide for both yourself (the Renter) and the Landlord is necessary to execute the daily communication blitz you have activated.
  • To contact You: To notify you by email, phone, or SMS regarding communication logs, payment status, or system alerts.

3. Retention of Your Personal Data

The Company will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your data to comply with our legal obligations (such as tax and auditing requirements), resolve disputes, and maintain evidence trails for potential court cases.
